Very nice ambience, very recommendable for a relaxing stay (even with young children). It's just a bit on the expensive side; also check whether faded elegance is your piece of cake.

Primero de todo comentar que Massimiliano és un chico que ama su casa, sus tierras, el negocio que ha creado y que lo transmite por cada poro de la piel. Siempre está disponible para ayudarte. El apartamento rural dónde nos alojamos era pequeño pero muy acogerdor; mi estancia faborita fue la habitación: una cama grande, alta y con un dosel con cortinas de colores precioso.
Al salir por la puerta sólo ves colinas y colinas que se extienden a lo largo del paisage hasta que, de lejos, visualizas alguna lucecita de alguna población cercana. Rodeados de caminos, viñedos, colinas, nuves, bosques, animales y silencio....lo más espectacular de todo.
Sólo se oye el agua de la piscina y el burrito que hay en la casa como compañía.
Massimiliano nos invitó junto a todos los huespedes que quisieron a cocinar y comer una maravillosa pasta con tomates, recién cogidos por todos nosotros de las tomateras, unos entrantes típicos y vino! Todo esto acompañado de una maravillosa puesta de sol...
Nunca imaginé que con tan pocos días pudiera desconetar tanto gracias al silencio, el aire puro y la gastronomía de la tierra.
La televisión no se necesita para nada, ni internet! Sólo decansar, gozar de la comida de la Toscana y sus preciosos paisages.
Un lugar que recordaremos siempre en el alma y que esperamos volver muy pronto!
No cabe mencionar que en la temporada que fuimos, el coste del apartamento es estupendo y sientes que pagas poco por lo que tienes en frente.
Recomiendo a todo el mundo que desee desconectar, relajarse y darse un baño en la gran piscina con vistas a uno de los paisages más bonitos que he visto jamás.

great location , great neighborhood, great people. If you have a car and you want to enjoy a few days in Cinque terre in Portofino and to enjoy the quality of the true italian food than this is the location.
From here you can take daily trips to all this locations or you can go to the beach and in the evening enjoy your dinner in the city with true italian pizza and pasta.

Prima uitvalbasis om de omgeving te bekijken. Voor zeven personen (en baby)wel wat aan de krappe kant maar de locatie en de omgeving maakt veel goed!

Het apartement bevind zich om de bovenste woonlaag en omdat er geen airco is kan het vrij warm worden.

Prachtige locatie met redelijk goed restaurant

Zwembad wat aan de krappe kant als er een aantal families met kinderen zijn.

We had a wonderful time at Lugliano. Beautifully quiet and peaceful with an environment made for relaxation. Everything we required was provided and Sperry and Carolyn went out of their way to make us feel at home with excellent tourist and shopping advice. this is the place to come if you want o feel part of the village and not just a tourist!

This property is in an ideal location close to charming little towns, Chianti's vineyards and well within reach of some of the best cities in Tuscany. The house is spacious, very well maintained and affords a number of picturesque views of the surrounding countryside.
The pool is fabulous as well. Overall, this home far exceeded our expectations.

Un acceuil extraordinaire. L'appartement est situé dans un palais lui même au coeur d' un superbe petit village médiéval perché et positionné idéalement entre toutes les curiosités de la Toscane.
Accès au village des véhicules réglementes, parking privé dans la cour du palais, funiculaire pour descendre dans la nouvelle ville, terrasse commune au sommet d'une tour du palais avec vue à 360 degrés sur la Toscane.
Appartement vaste très propre, tout confort. L'accueil par la propriétaire est fantastique, tout les plans nécessaire pour la toscane sont disponible en arrivant dans l'appartement ainsi que 2 bouteilles de vin de bienvenue ! La propriétaire a même invité l'ensemble des occupants des différents appartements dans un restaurant gargantuesque où nous avons passé un moment inoubliable!

Casa Evelin was certainly what we hoped for and we particularly enjoed
the terrace where we had meals when it wasn't raining!
the water system went out a couple of days into
our stay and it took them a while and a lot of hard work to track down
the broken pipe (probably a critter did the damage). During that time
we didn't have water but Patrick and Sergio were splendid. They kept
checking on us and brought us gifts of food and wine to compensate for
the inconvenience. Sophia (?), Sergio's wife even helped us do our
laundry! Towards the end of the outage the owner, Roberto returned to
help sort out the situation and on our last day, provided us each with
three bottles of his fabulous cabernet sauvignon.
We didn't have an opportunity to thank them for their many kindnesses.
I think they expected us to be angry and demanding Americans but really
these things happen and they couldn't have been more gracious.
For me, the opportunity to stay on a piece of property where folks live
and work is so interesting and fun. Cooking in the kitchen, watching
the thunderstorms come across the forest, seeing the horses and deer at
dusk were all magical.
