One of the 3 farmhouses is occupied by the property owners while the other 2 (situated approx. 30 m from one another) are rented (only) together to offer a splendid private accommodation with beautiful, tastefully furnished interiors.
The property owners, nice and friendly people, are animal lovers and they have cats, horses and dogs.
They live on the premises (approx. 60 m from the other 2 houses away) but they do not share the use of the swimming pool and of the outdoor facilities with their guests.
The location of this property, nesting deep amidst woods, lavender and elicrisio fields, is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the tranquility and the beauties of the Umbrian landscape.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Montone with groceries 5 km away, Umbertide with general stores 14 km, Gubbio 30 km away, Perugia 45 km, Cortona 50 km away, Arezzo a 70 km away.
At guests disposal: large, private furnished garden, swimming-pool (12 x 5 m – min. depth 1,3 m – max. depth 2 m - open from 01/04 to 30/09) for the sole use of the guests, barbecue, 4 mountain bikes (free of charge), bowling green.
This villa provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
Guests staying at the villa can also enjoy use of a charming winter garden with beautiful panoramic windows and a nice open fire.
