Recently this property has been entirely and carefully restored and turned into a charming country-side house. The villa is surrounded by 2 hectares of olive groves and a beautiful, well-groomed, fenced-in garden with private above-ground pool.
On the premises there also is a nice “orangerie” (once used to store lemon trees in winter) and a small outbuilding providing table-tennis, table football, Burlington.
The property caretakers live in a share of the villa with private entrance and they do not use the outside areas and the pool.
The location allows easy access to to most of the main tourist locations in central Tuscany (Florence, the charming villages of the Chianti Classico area such as Greve, Castellina, Radda, Gaiole.
The renowned Ugolino Golf Club (18 holes) is only 2 km away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
