This farmhouse and its outbuildings have been completely restored preserving their original architectural features and ancient materials and have been turned into 6 units, all of which nicely furnished in a rustic style. This property, peacefully situated west of Lake Trasimeno, comprises 22 hectares of woods and olive groves and enjoys beautiful, extensive panoramic views over the surrounding landscape. The outside areas offer a large entirely fenced-in park (7000 square meters) with century-old trees, swimming-pool, volley-ball grounds, table-tennis, playground for children and barbecue.
