Ancient hamlet of houses dating back to the 17th century comprising 11 large and welcoming units. This hamlet has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and its ancient charm.
This property is peacefully situated on the west slope of Mount Cetona on a large 7-hectare estate and offers beautiful panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and over the Orcia valley. All of the units are nicely furnished in a rustic style.
This hamlet provides a large park (10000 square meters) with century-old trees, heated pool, tennis court, playground for children, bowling green and barbecue.
The location is ideal to discover the most beautiful corners of Tuscan and Umbria: within 50 km there are several charming towns such as Cetona, Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza.
The nice spas of San Casciano dei Bagni are approx. 9 km away while Chianciano spas are 20 km away. Lake Trasimeno is approx. 40 km away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of approx. 1,9 km.
