This property dating back to the 13th century, has been completely restored preserving its original architectural features and turned into welcoming accommodations providing all comforts and nice interiors furnished with pieces of modern design.
Outside, guests can enjoy use of large areas with lawn, solarium terrace and a beautiful pool with water-falls and Jacuzzi area.
This property is approx. 15 km away from Florence and is in easy access to the major destinations in Tuscany as well as to the Chianti region.
The access to the property is via a partially unpaved road.
Distances: San Donato in Collina with groceries 1 km away, Bagno a Ripoli with general stores 10 km; Florence 14 km away, Chianti region approx. 30/40 km away, Arezzo 65 km, Siena 76 km, Lucca 96 km, Pisa 110 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large garden (10000 square meters) with big swimming-pool (19 x 14,5 x 8 m – min. depth 1,25 m – max. depth 2,2 m – open from 9:00 to 19:00, from 01/05 to 30/09), beautiful 5-seat Jacuzzi bathtub near the pool.
All of the apartments provide home theatre satellite TV (sky), DVD reader, hi-fi, telephone, free internet connection.
All of the units also have a fireplace but it is not working.
Parking within the grounds.
Services included in the rental price: water, electricity, heating and air-conditioning consumption, final cleaning charges, daily breakfast service (only for 2011 season) and daily cleaning of the apartaments.
Additional Services: Baby bed upon request (free of charge).
Maid service by arrangement € 20,- / per hour (payment on site). All of the apartments provide sofa-beds which are available for 2 children under 12 years (free of charge) or for 1 adult with an extra charge of € 25,- / per day (to be paid on site).
