Beautiful farmhouse situated on a large farming estate amidst the hills of the Valdarno region, in peaceful and panoramic location. This property was restored in 2010 and turned into 6 nice apartments (one is occupied by the owners), all of which providing tastefully furnished, welcoming interiors (with new pieces of furniture).
The outside areas are spacious and offer a nice pool with solarium.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Levane with general stores 3 km away, Montevarchi with railway station (trains for Florence and Arezzo) 6 km, Arezzo 45 km away, Siena 50 km, Florence 65 km away, the lovely town of Cortona 80 km, Volterra 90 km away, Perugia 120 km. away.
Within a few kilometers there are nice outlets where it is possible to buy well-known Italian brands such as Gucci, Prada, Valentino, Ferragamo..
At guests’ disposal: large outside areas, shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1,3 m – max. depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower (cold and warm water), changing room near the pool, barbecue.
All of the apartments provide satellite TV, air-conditioning and free WI-FI internet connection.
