The interiors are tastefully furnished, spacious and welcoming.
The location is ideal to enjoy the tranquility of the Tuscan country-side and at the same time to visit the beautiful art-cities of the region such as San Gimignano, Certaldo, Volterra, Siena, Florence as well as all of the charming Chianti villages.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road not suitable for sports cars.
Distances: Gambassi Terme with general stores 1,5 km away, San Gimignano 20 km, Volterra 33 km away, Florence (airport) 50 km, Siena 58 km, Lucca 68 km away, Pisa (airport) 73 km, Cecina (Tuscan coastline with beaches) 75 km away.
At guests disposal: furnished outdoor areas, garden, beautiful private swimming-pool (9 x 5 m – depth 1,8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) with Jacuzzi area, barbecue, dressing room (external room under the pool) with shower (cold and warm water).

Casa Eric is the perfect holiday villa. It has been renovated with great skill and dedication to a standard well above ordinary rental properties. The views are spectacular, the surroundings perfect (and private), and the facilities wonderful. We will return!

The property and area are excellent for those who want to enjoy some time away from the usual congested life. The villa is comfortable and easily houses 5-6 persons. Clean and situated in a very scenic area very close to Gambassi Terme (within walking distance) and around 15 minutes by car from the town of Montaione. Would recommended for those who seek quality time.

Good service from the owner. Nice view, nice house and poolarea. You are alone "in the middle of nowhere", and we appresiated that. We are coming back.
