Beautiful stone farmhouse with private pool situated in quiet and panoramic location. This villa is nestling deep amidst the Chianti Classico hills and woods and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature.
A large 8000 square-meter garden surrounds the house and offers a nice private pool approx. 20 m from the villa away. The interiors are charming and tastefully furnished, all of the rooms on the ground floor have direct access on to the garden and the living room gets to a beautiful paved partially covered outside area equipped with garden furniture.
Outside there are also 2 adjoining porches, one with gym equipment and the other furnished with sofas. The location is in easy reach of beautiful art cities such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano as well as all of the charming Chianti villages (Castellina in Chainti, Greve in Chianti, Panzano etc..).
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of 3 km, not suitable to sports cars.
Distances: Castellina in Chianti with general stores 7 km away, Siena 30 km, San Gimignano approx. 30 km away, Florence (airport) 45 km, Arezzo 105 km away, Pisa (airport) 140 km away.
At guests disposal: large garden, nice outside area with gazebo and barbecue, private, irregular shaped swimming-pool (6 x 12 m circa – min. depth 1,4 m – max. depth 2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) with gazebo, sun-beds and sun-umbrellas, small gym and nice porch furnished with sofas..
Laundry accessible from the outside of the villa.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed upon request (free of charge). Maid service by arrangement € 15,- / per hour (to be paid locally).
