The location is ideal to access easily the most beautiful art cities in Tuscany like Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano both by car and by train (from the railway station of Empoli, only a few km away).
A secondary road passes near the villa.
Distances: Empoli with general stores and railway station 1,8 km away, Florence (airport) 30 km, San Gimignano 38 km away, Siena 70 km, Pisa (airport) 60 km, the lovely town of Lucca 95 km away.
The coastline area with nice sandy beaches is approx. 70 km away.
