Ancient farmhouse dating back to the end of 1800, recently restored and turned into a nice country villa. This property sits on a hill top, inside a large fenced estate with woods and olive-oil production.
The villa enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape and the Appenini Mountains at the horizon. The furnishing is simple but welcoming.
The outside areas offer a large garden, partially shaded by century-old trees, a nice fenced pool, a large loggia, different terraces, a barbecue and an ancient bread oven.
The location is half way between Florence and the coastline and allows guests to access easily the nicest towns in Tuscany like Lucca, Pisa, San Gimginano, Volterra…
The access to the property is via 450 m of an unpaved but well-maintained road.
