Nice country house situated in the region of Sabina (north of Lazio), only a short distance away from the small town of Collevecchio. This independent villa provides a private pool and enjoys beautiful views over the surrounding landscape.
The outside areas offer a large garden with barbecue, bread oven and a charming furnished covered terrace. The furnishing is welcoming, in a rustic style.
A bus stop is only 100 m away and the town of Collevecchio is in walking distance (400 m away).
Within 10 km there are several typical restaurants where it is possible to taste nice local recipes.
Distances: Collevecchio with general stores and spa center (special rates for guests staying at Collevecchio) 400 m away, Rome 50 km, the beautiful town of Orvieto 55 km, away Viterbo 60 km, Todi 65 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden with barbecue, bread oven, charming portico with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, private pool (4,5 x 9 m – min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09).
