Descripciòn Beautiful independent house with swimming pool situated in the beautiful Scopello area, at few distance from Guidaloca bay and only 1 km away from the sea. The house is surrounded by almond trees, palms trees and Mediterranean scrub. The swimming pool is located in the well kept garden around the house. The furnishing is new and very comfortable. Pets are allowed. Villa dei Mandorli has a parking within the grounds, barbecue and air conditioning. Distances: Guidaloca bay (sea) at 1 km, Scopello and Zingaro Natural Reserve at 2 km; Castellammare del Golfo with all kind of shops at 3 km, Palermo at 50 km. At guests’ disposal: equipped garden with swimming pool, large verandas (partly covered) with view over the sea and perfect to relax in the open air, washing machine, barbecue.
