Descripciòn Hermosa casa colonial en ladrillos ubicada en una posiciòn panoramica sobre las verdes colinas del chianti con una esplendida vista de sus viñas y olivos circunstante. La propiedad hàbilmente reetructurada dejando intacta sus caracterìsticas architectonicas originales luego transformada en una deliciosa habitaciòn de campaña dotada de todo tipo de confort. La casa decorada con muebles y alfombras antigas contrasta el buen gusto. Los propietarios de la estructura viven en el henil ( acceso independiente ) adyacente a la villa pero no disfrutano de la piscina. La casa dotada de mosquiteros en todas las ventanas . En la casa es prohibido fumar. Distancia: el centro de Montespertoli con tiendas de todo tipo a 3 km , Firenze a 30 km , San Gimignano con sus torres medievale a 25 km. A disposiciòn de los huèspedes: amplio jardin privado , equipado con muebles de jardin , piscina ubicada en una posiciòn panoramica para uso exclusivo de los huèspedes ( 12 x 6 m – max. prof. 1,4 m – abierta del 01 /05 a 30 /09 ) , baño con ducha ( agua caliente ) , parrillada. Comentarios Generales
The villa is really beautiful and spacious, surrounded by vineyards. View is spectacular! There were 10 of us but still had plenty of rooms. The owner is very helpful and nice, however very afraid about her property. She asked us to pay attention not to make any stains and spots on the floors and marble sink in the kitchen, but at the same time she could gave us fresh tomatoes from the garden. Villa San Piero is strategically positioned on top of a hill in the hart of tuscany with a wonderful view and a great private swimming pool. Surrounded by olive groves vineyards and fruit trees with a carefully groomed garden around it. Whats so impressive of the villa is its original design and carefully selected antic furniture in addition to its privacy and care paid by its owners to fine details that made our trip extra special and comfortable.
