Distancia: Tienda de vìveres a 3 km , Figline Valdarno a 7 km , Firenze a 32 km .
A disposiciòn de los huèspedes : Espacio externo equipado , piscina de forma inregular ( casi 7 x 8 m – abierta del 01/05 al 30 /09 ) con WC , juegos para los niños , ping-pong , campo de Fùtbol.
Los apartamentos Montescalari 2, 5 , 8 , 9 . 10 y 11 e Villa Montescalari , tienen un espacio externo privado equipado con parrillada.Los propietarios ofrecen a los huèspedes 4 mountain bike a disposiciòn .El acceso a la propiedad es por medio de una calle no asfaltada de casi 2,5 km .
En el interior de la propiedad se encuentra un lago ( posibilidad de pesca).
Servicios extra: Con solicitud , la propiedad ofrece a disposiciòn de los huèspedes 3 camas para bebè.

| Wij hebben 2 geweldige weken gehad. Het huisje (7) was heel leuk, met een grote privétuin erbij. Voor onze kinderen was met name het zwembad echt perfect. Het loopt schuin af waardoor ze tot ver in het water konden staan. Onze jongste is pas 4 en dan is het toch fijn om te weten dat je er niet de hele tijd bij hoeft te zijn. De beheerder is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enige minpuntje waren de spinnenwebben. Verder zou ik iedereen deze locatie aanbevelen. Heerlijk gelegen in het Toscaanse landschap. = Abbiamo avuto due settimane fantastici. |

Mooie locatie in zeer rustig buitengebied, nette woning, niet helemaal schoon bij aankomst.
Hoogte schoonmaakkosten is daarom verwonderlijk (€ 80,-)

Montescalari is a very nice place. The flat was nice and clean. Its near to Figline Valdarno and Greve. There you have a lot of supermarkets. It is a good place to start your visit to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano.

| this place is very relaxing place.if you don,t mind the narrow and unpaved road it is very nice place.just be prepare for insects.i think it is good idea the owner put the screens for windows and door,have fan or aircoundition. the house was very clean and everything was function properly.i think it needs more pot and dishes in the kitchen. |

Very nice area. A lot of space available inside the clean appartments. Just a few renters on a big property with a beautiful swimmingpool. Real Tuscany feeling.

The property is very nice, clean, and well managed. The area(pool, football field, ping pong) is perfect. The view and environment are great. 2 slight minus; first, it is slight far from the highway if want this location as a central location to visit Toscany. For relaxing however, it is great. Second, for urbans like us, it was very quiet, since it is very isolaled. So it depends what kind of vacation you look at. But it is a nice place and people are great.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation in Montescalari!Amazing countryside, combined with fine wine and nice people - recipe for a really great time. Not to mention all the turist points which are all relatively close ...Absolutely we will return!
Also the booking and the whole reservation process was a pleasure, special thanks go to Lucia, who did her best to find us the best location.

The Website pictures does not do the property justice. Having stayed at various Villas (in this price bracket) throughout Europe, this property is up there with the best.
